Most Cal Flame products are made to order and typically ship in approximately 5–8 weeks. Large items ship by scheduled LTL freight with curbside delivery and a delivery appointment.

Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage with the carrier and contact Blissful Fires immediately. Concealed damage should be reported within 48 hours, and all original packaging should be kept.
